On the occasion of his first communion, Aitor Pitarch Fontcuberta, a student at the school Thau Sant Cugat, requested family and friends that, instead of making gifts to him, they could make donations to Laia Foundation to support underprivileged children in Vedanthangal.

With the donations, Laia Foundation will fund the salary of a teacher in a school for Dalit and tribal children.
