This week we are carrying out an activity to educate our students on topics related to health and hygiene (such as washing hands with soap, boil the water, use latrines, etc.). The activity was prepared by our volunteers.

Keep in mind that diarrhea is the second leading cause of death among children under 5 years. However, washing hands with soap at the right time - before eating or preparing food and after going to the bathroom - can reduce the risk of diarrhea by 45%. That is why the promotion of hand washing with soap and improved sanitation is a key part of a renewed promise, our commitment to child survival.
