On August 1st we had the pleasure to receive at Vedanthangal our donor Dr. Nagaratina Salem, from U.S. She came along with her father, Mr. P. Chandrasekaran – former Tamil Nadu Foundation Secretary and Laia Foundation Chairman – and her two sons.

We discussed with them Laia Foundation's programs to improve the lives of people living in the area and showed to them some of our projects, such as our Nursery School and the Government School in Thandarai, supported by the Foundation.

We were glad to share our work with Dr. Nagaratina and have the chance to thank her for the confidence that she repose in us.

Dr. Nagaratina Salem also donated clothes that were delivered to needy children in the area.
