Our partner organization Eurekachild Foundation (an AID-India initiative), recognized the work of the best tutors in their Eureka SuperKidz program. Among those awarded, there were six of Laia Foundation’s teachers:Karthika and Indira (Thandaraipettai) Ambumi (Vallayaputhur), Ammu (Chithiraikoodam), and Shanthi and Priya (Vinayaganallur).

AID-India honoured these teachers for having performed exceptionally well and bringing about significant improvement in the learning levels of children in the past academic year.

This recognition is a further evidence of the impact created by Laia Foundation’s work on the beneficiaries.

From Laia Foundation, we deeply appreciate the efforts and hard work of our team of teachers, who are the backbone of the project.

The event was opened with the presentation of traditional percussion by a group of students of our centre in Thandaraipettai.
