During this school year, Laia Foundation will monitor 10 after-school support centres in Vandavasi (Thiruvannamalai District, Tamil Nadu). After nearly 10 years of working in Vedanthangal, and given the impact obtained from Laia Foundation, we consider that it a good time to start extending our program in other areas (we are currently also supporting a program in Sivagangai in collaboration with the local NGO, the Antenna Trust).

AID-India , our partner organization for the educational project, which is currently monitoring the after-school support in Vandavasi area, has requested Laia Foundation to take over the monitoring.
