On 6th May the charity Gea XXI, from Canet de Mar (Barcelona), held a new edition of Vinafelindi. The main purpose of the event is to raise funds towards a number of social initiatives, Laia Foundation being amongst them. Like every year, the people of Canet de Mar answered Gea XXI's call by filling up the venue thus showing their solidarity towards the ones who need it most.

Since 2001, Gea XXI supports development projects all over the world and has a particular interest in the issues faced by rural India.

Gea XXI currently supports the after-school support centres in the area of Vedanthangal.
