The Foundation was stablished in 2009 with the objective of giving access to quality education to undeprvileged children in rural areas of South India.

The Foundation is registered u/s 12AA of Income Tax Act, 1961 and the donations qualify for deduction u/s 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
